A native of Antequera, Spain, Chuscales grew up in a traditional gypsy family well known for its professional musicians and dancers. His grandmother was among those who lived in the caves of Sacromonte, one of the legendary cradles of flamenco.  Whether versed in flamenco traditions or not, audiences find Chuscales' music at once touching and exotic, his presence is engaging and his skill as a guitarist, simply astounding. A Chuscales concert is an experience that audiences take with them.

Bill Hearne calls it ‘The Road:’ that metaphorical ribbon of honky-tonks, roadhouses, empty whiskey glasses, prison cells and unrequited love lined with signposts and mile markers tattooed with names like Haggard, as in Merle, Williams, as in Hank, Owens, as in Buck and Lovett, as in Lyle. Being legally blind, Bill has never actually driven The Road himself, but he sings with such authority of the tales he’s heard while riding shotgun that you’d never know it.

Simon Lee-Plunket plays an eclectic assortment of original songs and American folk music from Gillian Welch to Neil Young. This young musician  plays an acoustic guitar with harmonica complemented by a high-lonesome voice.

Sean Healen is an award winning singer/songwriter. With music and lyrics reminiscent of Leaonard Cohen and Steve Earle and a style at once intricate and eloquent, Sean is rapidly achieving the national stage. A long time resident of New Mexico, his last album “Floodplain” was awarded Best Rock CD 2009 at the New Mexcio Music Awards. “Floodplain” was produced by Multi Platinum producer John Kurzweg. A more recent cd project, “Crown Of Coal” was produced by Grammy winner and legendary producer Malcolm Burn. In 2018 Sean is currently in the studio recording 52 new songs that will be featured on KBAC as Healen's New 52. A new song a week willbe taked about and played for 52 starting in October.
