Tapas demonstration cooking class with full recipes. Includes lunch with the chef. Sangria, beer and wine are also available at an additional cost.

Some menu examples: Tortilla Española with Romesco Sauce, Jamon Serrano Bikini Seared Tuna with White Anchovy Vinaigrette, Basque Potato Salad, Fabada ~ White Bean Stew with Morcilla and Chorizo, Escalivada ~ Roasted Vegetables Spanish Style.

On the 26th of May 1933, the first D.O. (the Denomination of Origin Jerez - Xérès - Sherry) was declared! To celebrate, La Boca will be offering a special prix fixe Sherry Pairing Menu, as well as the regular menu. La Boca and Chef James would like to indulge, share and appreciate amazing sherries from Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and El Puerto de Santa María
